Thermal Energy Expert – Resolia

As a Thermal Energy Expert, you will be at the core of our mission to design and implement high-performance district heating networks. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of technical quality, efficiency, and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities


  • Hydraulic Expertise

Dimension complex district heating networks with precision, ensuring optimal performance and minimal energy losses. Conduct hydraulic simulations and design systems that balance efficiency and resilience.


  • Compliance with Standards

Apply a deep understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., EN 13941-1, ASHRAE) to ensure every design complies with the latest requirements.


  • Use of Advanced Tools

Utilize state-of-the-art design and simulation tools (e.g., BIM, hydraulic modeling software) to develop detailed and reliable technical specifications and layouts.


  • Project Management

Oversee the technical coherence and budgetary alignment of all design choices. Manage constraints such as material availability and construction schedules without compromising quality.


  • Team Leadership

Act as a technical reference within the team, mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement. Promote a collaborative approach to complex challenges while fostering technical growth among peers.

Experience Required

This role requires proven expertise in HVAC design, extensive knowledge of hydraulic engineering, and experience in applying international standards.
