Resolia is a design office specializing in renewable heat networks. We facilitate the efficient deployment of carbon-free thermal energy systems by:

  • producing master plans;
  • the technical dimensioning of energy production and distribution systems;
  • execution monitoring and project management of construction works for renewable thermal energy systems.

Your mission


  • Understand the different type of missions Resolia is taking part of
  • Identify leads from different entities such as public institutions (Federal/Regional/Municipal levels, intercommunales, etc.), private developers, architects, project managers and any other potential clients
  • Develop and maintain a network , in particular by taking an active part in events and conferences
  • Explain the ecosystem in which Resolia operates to your prospects or cients
  • Educate stakeholders on the decarbonization of the thermal energy
  • Listen to and understand the needs of our prospects, identify a match with our service offer and differentiators towards competition
  • Qualify leads into opportunities in collaboration with the business development team
  • Transfer more complex projects to a project developer who will continue offering and closing
  • Work with the technical sales team and the legal department to develop the best offer, combining technical and economic expectations from the customers with organizational, legal and regulatory constraints to offer the best offer for all stakeholders involved
  • Negotiate and close self-managed projects: accompany the customer to the end of the process
  • Manage your sales pipeline to achieve your targets
  • Promote Resolia' reputation to prospective customers in collaboration with the marketing department
  • Participate to continuous improvement of the the sales pitch, commercial material and marketing and business development strategy
  • Remain the SPOC for your customers, ensure their satisfaction from start to project completion.
